Brochures are printed in full color on one or two sides with 4 paper stocks to choose from and are available in many popular sizes and folding options.

We offer mailing services from both our West Coast and East Coast locations, so your mailings will arrive at their destination faster. When choosing which location to use for printing and direct mailing of your project on the order detail page, look over your mailing list. If 50% or more of the addresses are in the West (shaded dark gray on the map below), use our West Coast facility. If 50% or more are in the East, use our East Coast facility.

Note: We cannot split your mailing list. To mail from both locations, please submit separate orders and separate mailing lists.

Please be sure your design allows 1.00" from the edges at the top right corner so that we can place an indicia for mailing. Also, please leave 2.25" x 4.25" of white space in the bottom right corner for inkjetting of addresses.

Proofs will not be sent for approval until jobs are approved by Prepress, are confirmed to meet USPS regulations, have a valid mailing list uploaded and all postage paid.

   95# Gloss Cover is our normal house stock
   100# Uncoated Cover is our normal house stock
   70# Uncoated Offset Smooth Text is our normal house stock
2. Green Paper:

   (10% post consumer waste and 30% recycled)

If you want Green Printing, go to our Pricing Calculator and select the paper with Go Green in the name. Your order will be printed on green paper for no extra charge.

Explanation of Turnaround Time

Here's a quick chart to explain turnaround times:

Turnaround times begin when the proof is approved. All times are based on standard business days Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. For orders shipping to the east, please use the Eastern time zone (New York). For orders shipping to the west, please use the Pacific time zone (California). Please see the below map:

Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping or mailing time. Jobs with mailing require an additional 2-3 days after printing once the mailing list is uploaded and verified. You may select from available production turnaround times and your preferred shipping time as you place your order.

Next Day Turnaround

Guidelines:

Files must be uploaded before the cut off time, which is 9:30 a.m. Pacific for orders produced in our West facility and 9:30 a.m. Eastern for orders produced in our East facility. If you request a proof, you must approve your proof by 10:45 a.m. in the time zone your order is produced for turnaround time to begin.

Next Day Shipped Orders
Orders will ship the next business day if you follow the guidelines.

Files uploaded after the cut off time will be processed the following business day.

Next Day + 1 Day Turnaround
